HartWest was hired to completely rebuild the exteriors of 52 units of affordable housing in this ocean-side town. The work included extensive dry rot repair, waterproofing as well as all new siding, trim and roofing. The project was completed on schedule and under budget. We also managed the assessment collection process, collecting about $1 million in 30 days. |
