Rob Hart prepared the market study, feasibility study, master plan and development standards for this 65-acre mixed-use project. He managed the planning, architecture, environmental impact report and approvals for what is now the home of the Petaluma Factory Outlet Mall located between US 101 and the Petaluma River. Development issues included a high-volume traffic bridge, a River Walk and construction in the flood plain. This photo shows only a portion of the master plan area. |
