Rob Hart managed the planning, architecture, engineering, approvals and construction of the first phase of this 272-unit planned resort community on 7 acres. The project included low-rise and mid-rise condominiums with a championship grass court and clay court tennis facility. Port Royal Village won the “Golden Palmetto” award as one of the 18 most outstanding facilities on Hilton Head Island. The project used componentized construction and courtyard design located adjacent to wetlands and a golf course. | |||||||
