Rob Hart prepared the marketing and feasibility studies and then became the project manager for the planning, architecture and approvals of this 65-acre residential project.  He was also the construction manager for the first phase of 13 homes.  The project included coordinating the work of a half-a-dozen architects; each assigned a number of homes.
