HartWest supervised design, assisted with value engineering and managed portions of the construction of this large Craftsman-style family compound, carriage house and recreational facilities on a 350-acre hillside site. The project included a man-made, trout-stocked swimming lake with a sandy beach and a dock as well as mile-long utility extensions. There was a wine cave, a self sufficient water supply and many green features in this extremely remote setting. |
