Rob Hart was the project manager for the start up of this 2,700-acre resort community. The project included over 2,000 units, two 18-hole golf courses, a marina, a beach club and a multitude of other recreational facilities with two miles of oceanfront. Rob wrote the Business Plan and Development Standards Ordinance for the community and developed the cost accounting system. Development issues included V-zone construction, wetlands, beach erosion, canals, black-water marsh, a variety of equity membership clubs and large-scale infrastructure improvements.
