Housed in what was once a Hills Brothers Coffee plant, Live Oak School occupies 31,000 square feet of buildings on Mariposa Street in San Francisco, across from the city's Jackson Park. The site has been creatively retrofitted for active learning and discovery with community space for student interaction and integrated outdoor teaching space. HartWest was Project Manager for the Design and Construction Initiation of this exciting adaptive re-use of an historic San Francisco building.
