TRENDS HARTMARIN tracks the local real estate market closely. We have developed our own charts that can help our clients understand and possibly even predict trends in real estate activity and value.

For example, take a look at the blue line on the chart to the right. It tracks the number of sales per month in Santa Rosa, CA. Typically every summer, sales peak, shown by the points 1, 2, 3 & 4. Then, in the summer of 2006, sales did not peak, inside the red box. This started a long slide in value shown by the magenta line above. By watching these trends and being familiar with the market, HartMarin can advise our clients on the proper management of their real estate assets. |
